Customers are responsible for shipping cost on any order. We will calculate the shipping cost after customers confirm their order and shipping address. Once customers confirm their order, they will not be able to cancel it. We are not responsible for wrong shipping address or lost packages during the delivery process.

Return/Refund/Exchange

No return, no refunds, will be given for any reason. Although alternative exchanged may be offered. Customers may exchange items they wish to return, but they cannot get a monetary refund.
